I gave "source" tag as an example. It could be admin_level=10 or
building=yes or natural_park=wow. I'm sure you understand what I mean.
We read sometimes in the ML people using JOSM for such things because
they don't want to write scripts.
It's funny to see that OSM - as a principle - tries to be as
flexible/open as possible but OSM editors would be more and more
limited/closed in their usage.
