[josm-dev] "Only method post is supported on this URI"

I spent some time adding and changing stuff in JOSM, but when uploading I get 
the message "Only method post is supported on this URI".
This happens to me with the josm-latest (and the version from 21-05-2009).

What is this error, what is going wrong?

I saved the osm file, it is 263kB large, if someone needs this to search I can 
send it.
