[josm-dev] JOSM Tested!

Hello,

I really appreciate the infrastructure work in JOSM, but users also want 
to see progress, so please slow down a bit and do a bit bug fixing.

Please:
  - No interface text changes in next two weeks if not really necessary.
  - No more redesigns yet.
  - No new features (except small ones)

Code consolidation until end of month, so we can have a new release by 
then.

When tested is too old users will start using latest again and this is not 
what we really want.

We have 234 bugs open, there should still plenty of work left.
