[josm-dev] Remove internal help browser?

Hi,

I plan to remove JOSMs internal help browser and to always delegate to an
external browser, for two reasons:
 
   1. help in the internal browser looks ugly 
   2. if the internal help browser is launched from a modal dialog (error
message, the upload dialog, 
      etc.) it is barely usable unless the modal dialog is closed 

Any objections?
