Last time at the NFE-Treffen we sit together with three (not so 
unexperienced) OSM mappers and were trying to guess what the arrows in 
the relation editor actually mean.

I guessed this has to do with the sequence of relation members, but we 
were just unsure and didn't got the exact meaning of these arrows.


So before starting an artistical effort, adding some tooltips probably 
would help more. :-)
