On dev@, Andy Robinson complains that the slippy map layer is (a) unable
to load the jpg tiles they use for out-of-copyright maps and (b)
endlessly re-tries loading a failed tile which is a problem for them
since they only have certain areas available on their server. It would
be great if these things could be solved - or perhaps, are already
solved - with the new technology.
