[josm-dev] JOSM 2255: unexpected behaviour of the way conflict dialog

Hi developers,

I've updated to josm tested Version 2255.

If I combine two ways that are in a relation I'll get the following 
dialog:

If I hit apply without changing one of the Decision settings, then the 
combined way is listed twice in the relation.

On Sunday I've made that error and I've tried to reproduce it today.

I guess I was a little bit confused by the dialog.
It is not very clear that the decision cells are dropdowns.

Is it possible to show that the cells in the Decision columns are 
dropdown elements?

I'm wondering if a different preset of the Decision cells would help to 
prevent some errors.
Keep one member and remove all others (the second in this case).
