[josm-dev] Table syntax in MOTD

I made a MOTD which uses HTML table syntax:

    http://u.nix.is/~avar/motd.html

I think it uses up space a bit better than the current one. But
unfortunately trac deosn't support HTML tables (they end up being
escaped).
