No we can't because they are not served through the web map mechanism 
that JOSM accesses; they are only available through the Yahoo Flash API 
which JOSM cannot use.

(If you manage to produce a high-res image from the Yahoo web site while 
having Flash disabled, let us know how, then we might do something.)
