[josm-dev] Release end of February: status update

Hi,

Last round of bug fixing has started.

Good news is, we fixed 20 defects that were classified as
"release-blocker" [1]. There are still a couple of these left, but the
"release-blocker" label has been devaluated a little. The remaining 
ones, are less severe and we should be able to keep the schedule. Not 
that it would hurt to fix them, though. :)

After the release on Sunday, there will be 3 more days to wait for 
bugreports. If nothing serious comes up, the next development cycle 
starts _Wednesday (3rd March)_.

Please avoid unnecessary changes of translatable strings, especially in
the last days before the release.
