Thanks for your reply. As you sugested, we can use the filter to hide and display objects according to their tags. Now, I dont know how to use this feature, in which directory, I can find it... Thanks

One possibility is to use the JOSM layers to model floors. Then only one 
of them is "active" at the same time. Disadvantage: you cannot route 
between them.

Another way would be to use the filter feature: There you can 
disable/hide certain objects according to a search string. (e.g. "floor=-1")
