[josm-dev] JOSM Wiki format

Hello,

as in some recent ticket entries there are some errors especially when 
referring to OSM-SVN, here a short description:

1) Intertrac links (i.e. to osm):
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/InterTrac

- use #o1245 to address OSM bug 1245.
- use [o1245] to address OSM changeset 1245. The [] are required (for
   JOSMs own Trac r1245 is enough.

2) Different link types:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/TracLinks

- I think Trac can do much more than I know :-)

2) Macros and processors:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/WikiProcessors
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/WikiMacros

- This also includes the documentations for the self-developed Macros like
   [MOTD].
