[josm-dev] strange "Keystroke overides" on console

It is not nonsense. As you can see there are different instances of 
DrawAction which cause this. Jiri added a new check and now we need to fix 
these doubles step by step. Usually there are no problems resulting from 
these defecs, so they are low priority.
