Hi Gert,

I removed the now obsolete "C" option from the help page, is it OK this way?
Basically, there should be 5 columns in the described order. The 
hide/disable option should be there. If not, please file a ticket and 
add a screenshot. (Adding attachments on trac seems to broken atm., so 
you have to put the image somewhere else and link to it.)

The current help page is somewhat minimalistic. It would be great to 
have more explanation that makes it easier for others to understand!
