[josm-dev] some strange results of relations.

Have the same results. Cycle node network relations get duplicated.
I have not the impression this happened last week also.
May have something to do with the API .....

I think I may have just encountered the same or similar issue when
combining ways that are relation members. The new list of relation
members seems to get appended rather than replacing the previous list.
