[josm-dev] mappaint.zoomLevelDisplay causes untagged ways to be invisible in 3094

In 3094, if you set mappaint.zoomLevelDisplay=true, untagged ways do not 
render at all, even when selected  (regardless of the background color over 
which they are being displayed).

Is there maybe a default style rule that is missing? How does it choose 
what width, etc. to use for untagged ways?
