What are you talking about? I don't know of any related bug reports. 
Everything like this have usually been rendering errors due to bugs in the 
java implementation (mostly opengl related).

I found 4 bugs related to windows installer and 7 related to the internal 
mappaint style where you are owner. Again I don't know what you refer to.

If a bug is not assigned right, you always can assign it to Core. Where is 
the problem? Do you expect every user to know 100% if something is a 
style issue or a programming issue, so the choose the correct target 
always?
