Easy? After no one has touched a legitimate bug report + patch to fix
the bug I submitted to trac 5 weeks ago, I emailed TomH 4 days ago
with a request for an OSM SVN account, but I'm yet to receive a reply.
I understand that TomH may be busy, so I'll wait little while longer
before spamming other people. But I wouldn't say it's been easy to get
an SVN account and/or make code contributions to OSM.
