[josm-dev] Unable to checkout all JOSM plugins (fails on smed)

I suspect this is because the images directory is quite a jumble of 
capitalised and non-capitalised image files, among them "tower.png" and 
"Tower.png". It is quite likely that this leads to problems on file 
systems that ignore case.

I could delete one of the two (since both are identical anyway) but I 
hesitate to do so for fear of breaking something. Neither tower.png nor 
Tower.png seem to be referenced from the code.

I'm cc'ing Malcom Herring who, I guess, should know more and may be able 
to help.
