If you have trouble ask here and I will try to help. Note that you need to 
checkout the JOSM part in OSM SVN, as this contains the i18n directory.

In I18n.java (org.openstreetmap.josm.tools) you need to add your plural 
mode definition in init() function. If none of the existing ones matches 
your language, you need to define a new one (as said, you find the plural 
mode definition in the .po file of your translation).

The en.lang and id.lang you should get by calling "i18n.pl data/ id.po"
