[josm-dev] validator question, multipolygons

I think that validator is a good thing, and that it should be enabled
by default.

The wording of the messages should be changed (e.g. not "data with
errors" when there are only warning-level problems) and also some
tests should not be done in the current way (by default):
- wayendpoint near way: this is often annoying, because JOSM complains
not only about highways, and it is IMHO also pushing the users to
"solve" these situations (connect the road) while it very often is
correct to not have the road connected.
- highway=road should not be a warning or error but maybe a "note" or
s.th. similar.
- I also agree that unknown relation (and any kind of unknown tags and
values on any kind of object) should be a note or s.th. similar, but
not a warning.
- untagged ways part of any relation should not be a problem

this list might be continued.
