[josm-dev] how to change translations of the start page?

When I click here:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/It%3AStartupPage

on "edit page" I only get a comment, while clicking here:
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/StartupPageSource

seems to work, but looks like attracting conflicts, because all
versions are displayed (and modified) contemporaneously.

How should I do it?
