[josm-dev] Secrets of quadtiles

Hi,

as I wrote a few weeks ago, I'm still looking for a mechanism to speed 
up drawing in my plugin. So I want to filter out waypoints that aren't 
in the current viewbox.

I saw the org.openstreetmap.josm.data.coor QuadTilling class 
implementing somewhat quadtile like concept. Unfortuunatly even the 
tests give an idea of how to use it in a plugin. I didn't found any 
other plugin using this approach :/

Is there nobody that had to solve this problem before? Please give me 
just an hint :)
