[josm-dev] history viewer improvement

Of  course I had to try it out for myself. It's a major improvement.
On legal-talk Richard mentioned this:

That would, be even better, of course, maybe as an extra button?

It would also be nice to be able to click on a username and open hdyc
in a browser window.

I understand the green ticks and no ticks. But what do the dark gray
ticks mean? I know a long time contributor who agreed who has one of
those instead of green and the other contributors I checked, all
checked out OK on hdyc (how did you contribute).
