[josm-dev] Google Summer of Code 2012

This was mentioned on talk@ today, but it's worth mentioning here. I'm
assuming JOSM will fall under the OSM application, so it would be good
for it to be well represented on the following list:

The Trac is filled with many possible enhancements, but we should try
and put forth several good GSoC project ideas for this year.

One I'm thinking of adding is a plugin to work with the
CycleStreets-sponsored Snapshot Server for pulling down datasets for
conflation (merging)[0][1].
