[josm-dev] Automatic stuff Josm currently does

Recently there is some strange behaviour, where Josm starts to behave
as if it knows better than me how I want to map.

1st example: I select a closed way (building with address and
amenity=school) in order to cut out a court yard. With ctrl+alt+a try
to "create multipolygon" and magically all tags (mostly addr-tags
which I wanted to keep on the outer way) go into the relation. But
this functionality was already there: it is called "convert to
multipolygon". IMHO it would be better to keep the two distinct, as
they are not the same and both functionalities are useful.

2) There are 2 POIs, one townhall, and a post office, both are already
mapped in OSM but the building is missing. They are in the same
building. I use the building tool and start to draw the building, *
magic *, the tags of the townhall go into the building. But I didn't
want this to do: not all of the building is the townhall. If I do the
same with the post_office, the tags are NOT copied. I investigate
further and the address-tags (the townhall has them, the post office
doesn't) seem to make the difference.

Please don't do this:
1. Buildings often have several addresses, and an address on a node
will not automatically be valid for the whole area as well
2. Often an address belongs to a whole property, not to a single building

cheers,
Martin
