[josm-dev] JOSM 5531: false error message

Hello,

before I open a new ticket in TRAC I want to ask whether the following 
behavor is already known.

System: WinXP SP2 or SP3
JOSM started via "java -jar -Xmx1024M josm-snapshot-5531.jar"
Internet connection is established and working well:
* I can download data from the server
* I get the map from www.osm.org in a web browser
* BING background images are displayed (and not from cache)
* other data transfer from other programs works well
* there is no firewall who is blocking something
* ...

When I do a normal upload I get the error message MESSAGE1 (see below),
But althought the upload seems to be succesful as the changed data gets 
rendered correctly in the map.
If I do another change and want to upload this I get the error message 
MESSAGE2, the upload seems to fail.
Then another try to upload seems to be succesful but again with MESSAGE1.
