Note that some people take the Mechanical Edit Police more strictly than
the above...
... finding editing outside of local knowledge areas objectionable.

Perhaps if more of the bad edits can be weeded out, more people would see
value to "mining" the OSM
data for mistagged entries like:
amenity=Barstow Police Department
amenity=Mount Road Police Station
amenity=Park Police
amenity=Rajarbagh Police Lines
Which can be fixed up even remotely.
