[josm-dev] Outdated version of style used in JOSM although style is updated

Remove the local cached version or wait approx. 2 weeks.

To reduce network load and startup times josm does heavy caching of all 
data which usually does not change.

To check if your style has an error or the download is false, extract the 
zipfile of the local cached file and have a look at the version of the 
.mapcss file.
