Ctrl-F to open the search dialog. Type search query and press Enter.
Alt-A to add a tag. Type the key, press tab, type the value, press
Enter and Alt-A for the next one.

A tabular tag editor would be great, but learning to use the keyboard
effectively is the first step :)
