[josm-dev] JOSM webpage performance

Hello,

the JOSM page should be much faster now again. Reason for the massive 
slowdown was a change in user-agent for Beidou-Spider which escaped my 
regular expression. Now I also added some other spiders, so our 
performance should not decrease that much.

There is no reason to waste CPU power to compress our output for spiders 
which have a fat connection to the Internet :-)
