maybe i should.check to see if these will autoload if they are in the cache

plugins autoload just fine it seems.


Yes, I would like a "relative to JOSM" directory.

I know Kate asked this question on this list a year ago and I talked to
Maning in Philipines too.  Maning and I both are using portableapps.com to
launch josm-tested.jar, and a directory is created im the java portable
launcher folder for JOSM inside the portableapps.com folder.  the cache
folder.is in there.
