[josm-dev] Maps page preview for WMS

Hello,

after a long time (actually 5 months) I finally finished the preview of 
map entries in the wiki also for WMS (based on Simon's work, thanks a 
lot). Also I updated to OpenLayer3 release from August, which has some 
improvements.

For these who don't know what I talk about: Go to 
http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps and click on the "{view}" part of 
maps.

Please report any previews which don't work correctly and if possible 
also tell how to fix the issue :-)
