Yes, that would be best I think. Icons are optional, so if there is no way
to show something (for instance for "name" tag or so), then you can leave
it off. Descriptions are optional, too, so might not be needed for many
tags, but could be added to add additional info like for "oneway=*":
"JOSM knows how to turn oneways around if ways are turned around". But
thats probably something for later. First the basics. :-)
