[josm-dev] compiling plugins

Hi,
I made changes to two plugins.Afterwards I read in the josm developer 
guide that I also need to commit the compiled jar file. I never compiled 
Java before and I don't have the time to figure this out in the next 
days. Can someone do this step for me this time, please?
