Does Windows 8.1 support a custom DPI setting (as previous versions of 
Windows do) that allow _everything_ to be made larger?

(in Windows 7 it's control panel / desktop / Set Custom Text Size; 
obviously W8.1 may be different)

It's not ideal, because it applies to everything, but it should be a 
workaround.
