Be careful to read the rejection messages. An IP blacklist is only one 
point to the score. Usually that can be solved with the Captcha you get. 
If the captcha is not enough to increase karma, then you must have 
multiple reason for reject. Adding some useful text in the Register 
comment helps also.

If further tries fail, then please tell me time and username of your 
tries, so I can have a look in the logs.
