[josm-dev] JOSM question

I have a custom paint style that I use.  Recently I changed the name
of my style.  Now in the JOSM preferences, display settings, colors,
my custom colors are duplicated—they are all listed under my old style
name, and also all listed under my new name.  I wanted to delete the
old ones, but the Remove button is always grayed out, even if I select
one.  How do I get rid of the duplicate listings?

BTW, this is my first post to this list.  Is this the appropriate list
for this question?
