JOSM and .kml polyline colour editing

Hello,

I quickly created an mappaint style called "colour tag". I checked with 
an osm file but not with an kml file. Please check if it works for you. 
You can download it from within josm.

I hoped there might be a simpler way. My knowledge does not extend to creating my own Map Paint styles regrettably.
