JMapViewer release downloads no longer available

IIRC there was an index page which contained the links to all the releases.

This was used by uscan(1) in the Debian package to check for new
upstream releases. This doesn't work any more:

$ uscan --report
uscan warn: In debian/watch,
  no matching hrefs for pattern

at /usr/bin/uscan line 4307, <WATCH> line 3.

Looking at the page HTML the links to the version directories changed from:

   <li><a href="2.0/">2.0/</a></li>

To:

    <dir name="2.0" href="2.0/" />
