Sourcing java on JOSM build for OSX

I had just checked the wiki
(https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Mac) to see if anything had
been noted regarding the default linkup to the Java 8 plugin and noticed
that the wiki says that JOSM will work with Java 9 (but how can that be
since Java 9 does not have the requisite plugin?)

Also noted that there was no interest expressed as yet in addressing
repackaging necessary. I am wondering whether the wiki should be amended
to point out to users the issue
(https://github.com/teras/appbundler/issues/1) since I could see the
wiki would be very confusing to any Mac user who tried to install and
use JOSM without having done an install of Java 8 or less.
