OSM-SVN shut down, JOSM copy takes over

So when you did checkout

https://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/editors/josm

the command must be insde "josm" dir:

svn relocate https://josm.openstreetmap.de/osmsvn/applications/editors/josm

For other dirs change path accordingly.
