ColombusCSV plugin

Hi,

I cannot find anymore the ColombusCSV plugin in JOSM settings, though it does not seem to be discontinued ([referring to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:JOSM_plugin](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Category:JOSM_plugin)). Besides I cannot find a link to the .jar in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/ColumbusCSV to install it manually.
