A functioning Public Transport plugin

Thanks. I didn't find the source code for this plugin after searching for it online.

I don't think I have the programming expertise to actually contribute to this progeamming. The most I can do in Java is writing some programs that run in the console. 

That was why I was suggesting this to any devs who are interested, as "suggest stops" could really streamline the public transport process.--
