Yes. SPAM will get removed COMPLETELY, so it is not even visible in 
history. For that I (or the other SPAM_ADMINs) need to know about it. I 
follow the log, but I don't necessarily see everything. Especially the 
seldom SPAM entries may easily slip on scanning our large activity log.

You can also use this function to report bad attachments or old broken 
pages which needs admin removal as well (even if not technically spam :-) 
In these cases add a meaningful comment in the report.
