developer for JOSM plugin

Hi,

I would like to have a plugin developed for JOSM that will allow users to (automatically) record the time they spend editing in the application. When saving the edits, the time recorded will be sent to Rovas <https://rovas.app/rules> - an app of community economic system NEO - that not only keeps a record of volunteer hours, but also rewards such work with community currency and provides other functionality.

I am looking for a programmer who would be willing to code the plugin. This is a paid job.

I welcome any comments / sugegstions about the idea, spec details, or other implementation issues.
