josm.openstreetmap.de on ipv6 is dead for months now

Works for me from a couple of different places:

A server in Germany:

$ ping -6 josm.openstreetmap.de
PING josm.openstreetmap.de(josm.openstreetmap.de (2a01:4f9:2b:907::2)) 
56 data bytes
64 bytes from josm.openstreetmap.de (2a01:4f9:2b:907::2): icmp_seq=1 
ttl=55 time=24.3 ms
64 bytes from josm.openstreetmap.de (2a01:4f9:2b:907::2): icmp_seq=2 
ttl=55 time=23.7 ms
64 bytes from josm.openstreetmap.de (2a01:4f9:2b:907::2): icmp_seq=3 
ttl=55 time=23.7 ms

3 packets transmitted, 3 received, 0% packet loss, time 2002ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 23.709/23.917/24.321/0.336 ms

My Windows PC in England:

Pinging josm.openstreetmap.de [2a01:4f9:2b:907::2] with 32 bytes of data:
