Mapping SVN usernames to git

Hi all,

not sure I may say something, but I sent three or four tiny
contributions to JOSM, so probably I can?

Yet, I don't write Java and I don't use SVN.

I write in support of Dirk. JOSM is not "moder Open Source project",
JOSM is "stable and proven Free Software", in my opinion. And that's
good. (Again, in my opinion.)

I believe switching to GitHub is wrong idea. GitHub is bad in my eyes
and sure it is mainly ethical point of view. OSM depending on GitHub
scares me.
