Taginfo project files

Hi!

You (JOSM devs) are exporting three taginfo project files:

taginfo_external_presets.json
taginfo_presets.json
taginfo_style.json

They are all huge, making it difficult to make sense of what's in there.
But the first one with 3876 keys and 124959 tags is particularly
problematic. Nobody is going to wade through thousands of lines with
tags like "3dr:type=0.2" to figure out what's what.

If I understand this correctly, this file is generated from *all* the
user supplied presets together. It probably would make more sense to
have one projects file per preset. Would it be possible to generate
that?

We then still have to figure out how to feed that into taginfo, because
you probably have better things to do than add each preset to taginfo
whenever a new one appears. But if you have (or can generate) a list I
can add that list to my list somehow.
