Closing this list

Hello,

josm-dev mailinglist is essentially dead for some years now. Development 
moved to the JOSM ticket system. I'll close this list now for good. It 
will not be deleted (at least by me) to keep the Archive.

No new list members will be accepted, all existing list members will be 
set to moderated and no new mails will be accepted. In a few days I'll 
kick every existing list members.

If you wish to send a good bye message I probably will let it through 
for the next days ;-)
